Mrs. Albertha Elaine (Gardner) Rackley was born on September 26, 1964, in Blackville, SC, to the late Ms. Gladys H. Gardner and Mr. John Raysor.

 A proud graduate of Blackville Hilda High School in 1983, she met her high school sweetheart and the love of her life during those years. For over 30 years, Albertha devoted herself to caring for others through her work in healthcare, finding her greatest joy in caring for her family. She embraced new journeys and experiences whenever she could, and her compassion, love, and dedication touched many lives, leaving a legacy that will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. 

She is survived by her husband, Mr. Don A. Rackley; daughter, Ms. Donisha A. Rackley; six brothers: Mr. St. Clair Hutto (Morristown, NJ), Mr. Bobby Gardner (Pamela) Aiken, SC, Mr. Tommy Gardner (Fayetteville, NC), Mr. James Williams (Barbara) Bamberg, SC, Mr. Sammy Raysor (Deka) Aiken, SC, and Mr. Albert Raysor (Rose) Blackville, SC; three sisters: Mrs. Sarah Addison (Denmark, SC), Ms. Gloria Gardner (Blackville, SC), and Ms. Delbra McCrea (Brunswick, GA); five sisters-in-law: Mrs. Barbara Issac (Beach Island, SC), Mrs. Grettie M. Staley (Blackville, SC), Mrs. Gwendolyn Lawson (Joe) Blackville, SC, Mrs. Linda J. Rice (Greenville, SC), and Ms. Cindy Felder (Williston, SC); along with nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
