Mr. Andy Carter was born on February 22, 1965 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He departed this earthly on Friday, March 22, 2019 at Broward Health Center. Andy was the son of the late John L. Carter, Sr. and Willow Hammond Carter.
He attended Fort Lauderdale High School and Denmark Technical College. Andy was employed as an construction worker and plumber.
He was also a member of St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church.
Cherishing his memories are his mother, Willow H. Carter of Aiken, SC; three sons, Andy Carter Jr., Andrew Carter and Anthony Carter all of Fort Lauderdale, Fl; three grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Viewing for the public will be held on Thursday from 1:00- 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
