Copeland **Ms. Ousmane will be placed in the church one hour before the service. Barbara Yvonne Ousmane was born on October 7, 1947 and is the daughter of the late Bamgorus and Adele Cobb Ousmane. She entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 17, 2013 at Uni-Health Care of Orangeburg, SC after an extended illness. Barbara received her education at Morris High School in Bronx, New York. She later moved to Irvinton, New Jersey and then relocated to Elloree, South Carolina. Barbara will be deeply missed. She was always a pleasant person with a smile that would light up a room. She was preceded in death by one son, Kigana Ousmane. She leaves to cherish fond memories: one daughter, Veronica (Harry) Greene of Orangeburg, SC; two sons, William K. Smalls and Kareen Ousmane both of Bronx, NY; one brother, Robert T. (Geneva) Jones of Greenville, SC: seven grandchildren; and a host of special relatives and friends. Viewing for the public will be held on Friday from 12:00 noon- 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
