Trustee Benjamin Key Holmes was born on August 3, 1949 to the late Leroy Holmes and Lula Mae Harrison Holmes in Williston, South Carolina.  Benjamin entered into eternal rest on November 30, 2022, with his family by his side.

Benjamin was educated at Kelly Edwards and Denmark Technical College.  He was a proud member of Culbert Branch Missionary Baptist Church in Williston, South Carolina where he served as a Trustee and served in other capacities within the church.

Benjamin was united in holy matrimony to Eartha Holmes on February 2, 1973.

Cherishing Benjamin's precious memories are; his loving wife, Eartha Holmes; his children, Rodney (Latosha) Holmes, Adrienne Holmes and Cassandra (Darryl) Wallace; his grandhchildren, MacKenzie, Alyah, Rodney Jr.  Shamel (Hannah), Darryl Jr. and Justice; a great grandchild, Anias; his siblings, Ethel Mae Brown, Shirley Bradley, Rubena Holmes, Linda Holmes, Sam Holmes, Quincy (Gail) Holmes, Tyron (Belky) Moseley, Paul (Uttah) Wilson, Jr., Helen Wilson, Wanda Wilson; a sister-in-law, Gladys Holmes and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
