FUNERAL SERVICES ARE PRIVATE

Mr. Bryant James Halyard, son of Martino Alio Smalls and Jeannette Halyard Smalls, was born on October 19, 2002 in Bamberg, South Carolina. He departed this life on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at Bamberg-Barnwell Emergency Medical Center, Denmark, South Carolina.

Bryant was a beloved son and brought joy to everyone he met.  His memories will forever be cherished by his loving family and friends.

Bryant is preceded in death by his special grandparents, Moline Smalls, Geneva B. Halyard and Frank L. Moody.

Bryant's memories will live in the hearts and minds of his parents, Martino and Jeannette Smalls; his brothers and sister, Brandon Merrill Jones of New York, Martino Alio Smalls, Jr., Marcus Alio Smalls of Blackville, South Carolina and Jalyria Cathline Smalls of Blackville, South Carolina; one niece; three aunts; six uncles and other loving relatives and friends.
