Funeral services for the late Mrs. Christiann Auston will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Capernaum Missionary Baptist Church, Denmark, SC. Viewing for the public will be held one hour before the service. Interment services will be held in the new church cemetery. Rev. Allen C. Keitt will officiate. Mrs. Christiann Auston, daughter of Jeremiah Green and the late Dorothy Mae Green was born on May 19, 1956 and departed this earthly life on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at her residence. As a youth, Christiann attended Voorhees Public Schools in Denmark, South Carolina. She also joined Capernaum Baptist Church at an early age. Christiann rejoined her church and returned to her calling of worship a few years later. She leaves to mourn her passing a father, Jeremiah Green Sr.; a husband, JD Auston; two daughters, Latonya Green of the home and Rahchelle Green of Myrtle Beach, SC; seven grandchildren, Maurice Frazier, Devin Green, Arkiem Green, Da'Nas Yuma's, Racquelle Garrick, Mandreka Garrick and Jayden Garrick; four sisters, Carrie Green of Denmark, SC, Dorothy (Elijah) Robinson of Cottageville, SC, Cassandra (Carl) Washington and Joyce (Anthony) Blocker both of Orangeburg, SC; four brothers, Jeremiah Green of Bamberg, SC, Bobby (Kay) Green of Laurens, SC, Gerald (Margaret) Green of Orangeburg, SC and Larry Green of Greenville, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
