Daisy Glover Dantzler was born on December 4, 1924 in Orangeburg County, South Carolina.  She was the third child born to the late James and Rebecca Glover.  She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of the North Orangeburg United Methodist Church.  She attended school and graduated from the Orangeburg County School System. She married the late James Eugene Dantzler, and to their union eight children was born.

For over thirty years Ms. Dantzler worked with the Council on Aging providing healthcare services to Senior Citizens throughout the Orangeburg County area.

Preceding Daisy in death are Bernice Glover, Janie Cantidate, Leon Glover and James Glover Jr.

She leaves to mourn, Eugene (Virginia) Dantzler, Shirley (James) Hall, Janett (Sidney) Walker, Thomas (Rose) Dantzler, Betty (Dantzler) Fludd, Linda (Donald) Tutt, John F. Dantzler and Blondie C. Dantzler; three sisters, Ida Dash, Inez McCray and Gladys Thomas; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
