On Wednesday, March 8, 2017, our beloved Ella Mae Greene took her last earthly breath and was raised again in our Savior's arms. Ella Mae was born on November 25, 1945 to Etta Mae and Norman Greene in Olar, South Carolina.

At an early age, she joined Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Olar, SC. Because of her love for her family and church, she never left nor moved her membership. Ella Mae did whatever she was asked to do, as well as whatever her hands saw fit to do in the church.

Ella Mae had a love for helping others. She kept and nurtured so many children and always referred to them as her babies.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her daughter, Carrie Marie (Wayne) Pickett of Denmark, SC; four loving and devoted cousins, Eugene "Buba" Grant, Nathaniel Grant, Ruth Dickerson and Demmie W. Raysor; two loving friends, Ms. Romell Ingram and Ms. Ruthie Mae Mack, along with a host of other family and friends.

Viewing for the public will be held on Monday from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Friends may call at the residence of her daughter, Carrie (Wayne) Pickett, 295 Coker St., Denmark, SC and at the funeral home.11
