Enought "Charlie" Hay was born on January 16,1953 in Blackville, South Carolina to the late Lexi
Williams and Aszenner Hay Williams. He entered into eternal rest at Lexington Medical Center on
Thursday, June 30,2022.

Charlie was educated at Blackville Hilda High. He was employed at Tri-County Pallet Co. Inc.,
Barnwell, South Carolina. He enjoyed being with family, working, and taking care of his cars and truck. He also enjoyed
the Healing Springs, Blackville, South Carolina. He was a well known guy. Almost everyone called him "Mr. Charlie" and/or "Charlie Rock".
Charlie was preceded in death by his father, mother, brother and sister: Lexi Williams, Aszenner
Hay Williams, John Hay and Lexina "Nub" Williamson.

Survivors include three sisters and two brothers: Rushell Robers (Willie), Debbie Sims (Davey),
Gregory Williams, Leroy Williams, Sandy Williams (Neil); one daughter, LaShunda "Shawn" Hallingquest (Bryan); three grandchildren, Sha'lala
Hallingquest, Mekhi (Jada) and Ayanna Hallingquest (Jacquise); two great grandchildren,
Rae'Lynn Roper and Na'Vier Hallingquest (who is on the way); Mamie Abraham who was a very
special friend to him as well as many nieces and nephews he loved dearly.
