He was the son of the late Mr. Willie Lee (LT) Frazier and Mrs. Louella S. Frazier Mintz Carson and was born on February 10, 1950 in Orangeburg, SC. He was educated in the public schools system of Orangeburg County. At an early age, Eugene joined Shiloh Baptist Church. He always worked outside of the home; he did Landscape Services for many years. Eugene united in Holy Matrimony to Caroline Rollins of Orangeburg, SC. He leaves precious memories to his wife, Caroline of Orangeburg, SC; two daughters, Angela and Jasmia Frazier of Orangeburg; five brothers, John (Mary Alice) Shuler, , Harry Haynes, both of Orangeburg, SC, Jerry L. Mintz of Columbia, SC and Willie Leroy (Betty) Frazier of Augusta, GA, Willie Clay Mintz of Pennsylvania, and a sister, Laura Haynes of Orangeburg; an aunt, Jimmie Lou Harrison of Orangeburg, a very special cousin, Annie L. Kenley of Orangeburg; 2 grandchildren, Tyrell and Nyasia Robinson of Orangeburg, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends. Viewing for the public will be held on Friday from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
