SERVICES WILL NOW BE HELD ON TODAY, NOVEMBER 9TH AT 12:00 NOON AT ANDREW CHAPEL BAPTIST CHURCH CEMETERY, FOUR HOLES RD, ORANGEBURG, SC.

Frank Davis, Jr., son of the late Frank Davis, Sr. and the late Mamie Johnson Davis, was born October 26, 1939 in Orangeburg County.  He was called to eternal rest on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at his residence.

Frank attended school in Orangeburg County.  He retired after many years of service from Carpenter Technology in Orangeburg, SC and Carver-Edisto Middle School in Cope, SC.  He worshiped at Andrew Chapel Baptist Church in Orangeburg, SC.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; his wife, Sarah Mae Bookard Davis; four sisters, Learline D. Albury, Luella Davis, Elizabeth D. Evans and Bessie Pearl Davis; and three brothers, Eddie "Willie" Davis, Leroy Davis and James Davis.

Those left to cherish his memory are:  two sons, Sonny (Gwendolyn) Davis and Samuel Bernard (Rosalind) Davis; four grandchildren, Tayren Davis, Brittany Davis, Semetrius Davis and Alyeshia Davis; three sisters-in-law; his sitters; Evelyn Cunningham and Deborah Bantan, as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
