M rs. Georgia Davis Robinson , daughter of the late Laura Bell Salley (Willie Salley) and Mr. Julian Collins was born 81 years ago in Blackville, South Carolina. She entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Westbury Rehabilitation Center in Conyers, Georgia.

Early in life, she joined the Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church of Blackville, South Carolina.

Georgia was employed at Sunbeam Corporation in Denmark, South Carolina for many years.

Georgia was joined in Holy Matrimony to the former Mr. Clay Calvin Robinson, Sr. in 1962 and from that union, four children were born.

Georgia was preceded in death by her son, Keith Robinson; husband, Clay Calvin Robinson, Sr., her sisters, Janie L. Coleman and Irene Hubbard, her brothers, Robert Lee Salley, Willie Salley, J.C. Salley and Jessie Collins.

Those left to cherish her everlasting memory are - two devoted sons: Clay Calvin Robinson, Jr. (Natalie Howard Robinson) of Waldorf, Maryland and Jackie Robinson of Lawrenceville, Georgia; one devoted daughter, Stephanie Baxter (Anthony Baxter) of Norcross, Georgia; four sisters: Laddie Salley of Augusta, Georgia, Gertrude Mays of Blackville, South Carolina, Annie McNeil (William) of Olean, New York and Eartha Collins of Brooklyn, New York; six brothers: Sam Salley, John Salley, Bennie Salley and Randy Salley all of Blackville, South Carolina, Phillip Collins (Annie) of Jacksonville, Florida and Harold Collins of Lakewood, California; two sisters-in-law: Mary Robinson of Orangeburg, South Carolina and Betty Salley of Blackville, South Carolina; two grandchildren: Brian Patrick Robinson and Anthony Baxter, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia, and a host of other relatives and friends.
