Mr. Isaac Franklin Jr. was born on September 23, 1932 in Orangeburg, South Carolina. He was the son of the late Isaac Franklin Sr. and Mamie Tyler Franklin.
Mr. Franklin was educated in the public schools in Orangeburg county. At an early age, he became a member of Edisto Fork United Methodist Church located in Orangeburg, South Carolina.
Mr. Franklin is preceded in death by his parents, his wife and daughter.
