Jeffrey Bernard Corley was born on August 1, 2000 to Deitrich Jackson- Ashley and Jeffrey B. Corley.

Jeffrey attended Blackville- Hilda High School.  He finished his education at Penn Foster University.  Jeffrey was a cook at Captain D's in Aiken, South Carolina and a stocker at Food Lion in Aiken, South Carolina.

Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandfather, Reuben Smalls Jr. and his uncle, Robert L. Donaldson.
