Funeral services for the late Mr. Jeremiah "Mike" Holston will be held at 1:00 pm at Canaan Fair CME Church in Williston, SC on Friday, July 28, 2017. Interment services will follow immediatley at Airport Cemetery located in Barnwell, SC.

Jeremiah "Mike" Holston, son of Calvin and Edna Holston was born December 16, 1970 in Barnwell, South Carolina. He departed this life on Sunday, July 23, 2017, at his residence in Blackville, South Carolina.

At an early age he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior and was baptized at Jordan Baptist Missionary Church in Williston, South Carolina. He later united in fellowship with Canaan Fair C.M.E. Church in Williston, South Carolina, where he faithfully served as Sunday School Superintendant, Sunday School Teacher, Trustee and Usher, until his health declined.

He was a graduate of Blackville-Hilda High School, Blackville, South Carolina  (Class of 1989).

He was employed at the Husqvarna Group in Orangeburg, South Carolina as an assemblyman.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving mother, Edna Holston of Blackville, SC; his father, Calvin Holston of Williston, SC; three brothers, Calvin W. Holston of Wagener, SC, Alvin Holston of Sumter, SC and John (Sherly) Holston of Barnwell, SC; five nieces; seven nephews; nine aunts; seven uncles and numerous cousins and friends.
