Funeral services for the late Jessica Smith will be held on Friday, August 31st at 11:00 am at Dash's Funeral Home Chapel, Bamberg, SC.  Interment services will follow at Bamberg Memory Gardens.


J essica Francis Latrell Smith , the only daughter of Jeanne Shepherd and the late Gregory Brabham, was born on June 29, 1986 in Bamberg County Memorial Hospital, Bamberg, South Carolina. She departed this life on August 23, 2018 at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Harold Mobley on May 20, 2018.

Jessica is survived by a very special friend, Leroy Bradley; three brothers: Kelvin Smith, Stephen Shepherd and Joseph Shepherd all of Bamberg, SC; her mother, Jeanne Shepherd; stepfather, Frank Shepherd; a host of aunts and uncles: Patricia Edey (St. Clair Donaldson) of Bamberg, SC, Leonard Mobley (Celie Murdock) of Bamberg, SC, Wayne Singleton of Brooklyn, NY, William (Tressa) Smith of Aberdeen, MD, Judy (Tyrone) Jones of Bamberg, SC and Connie Smith (Darryl) Ritter of Orangeburg, SC; two grand uncles: Richard Singleton and Reese Singleton of Bamberg, SC; a host of cousins: Yvonne Edey, Sherie Singleton, Michael Singleton, David Edey, Leonard Mobley Jr., Shaquin Singleton, Shaquille Singleton, Jarius Smith, Trevin Smith, Jacory Smith, Marcus Thomas and Fabian Smith, other relatives and friends.
