Mrs. Joann-Shipman Smith entered into eternal rest on
Monday, Feb 24, 2025. Joann
was raised by her loving grandparents, Fred and Nellie Shipman in
Blackville SC. Her parents respectively were Harry Nathaniel Golphin
and Juanita Johnson.

She leaves behind two sons, Johnathan Shipman,
Aiken, SC , Michael Patrick Smith, Richmond CA; daughter, Charlotte
Smith, Blackville, SC, who departed this earth on April 1, 2020; two
grandsons, Lance Williams Blackville, SC and Meko Patterson
Smith Berkeley, CA.  She is also survived by her loving brothers and
sisters, Belinda (John) Brown, Augusta, Deborah Johnson, Augusta, Anita
Edmonds, Columbia, SC; brothers, James Johnson Augusta, GA, Daryl
Johnson of Augusta, GA and a host of other relatives and friends.
