Mr. Johnny Odom, son of the late Katherine Mae Odom and Clay Samuel Odom, was born July 23, 1947 in Barnwell County. He entered into eternal rest on Monday, November 6, 2022 at Doctors Hospital in Augusta Georgia.

Early in life, he joined the St Peter Baptist Church, which he attended until he relocated to Sumter, SC.

Johnny attended Kelly Edwards School in Williston, South Carolina. He was employed with Schumpert Lumber Company and thereafter he went into business for himself as a carpenter.

Memories of Johnny will continue to live in the hearts and minds of those who knew him.
