Kort Ranaad Woodley, Sr., aka "Bossman" was born in Barnwell, South Carolina on July 27, 1987 to Caperina Jenkins and the late Julio Rodney. Our heavenly father called him home on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at the Aiken Regional Medical Center in Aiken, South Carolina.

Kort attended Blackville-Hilda High School. He later became employed at SRS for a brief time doing landscaping work. He then continued as self-employed to the end.

Kort enjoyed rebuilding old bikes, go carts, cars in the backyard of his grandmother's home with his cousins, brother, and childhood friends. Those who knew Kort knew he had an interest in dogs.

The world has lost one of the sweetest most gentle souls. Kort was a strongman who ____kindness and found great joy in making people around him happy.

Kort enjoyed life on every level. He provided a glowing example of how to live life. He touched the world with a positive light in many ways, leaving a legacy of joy, class, and love.

Kort had a heart of gold. He found it hard to see the bad in people. He gave everyone a chance.

Long lived "Bossman". His nickname fitted him will. He will be missed by many. We will miss those exclusive dishes he cooked for us on Sundays.

Kort was preceded in death by his father, Julio Rodney and uncle Carl Jones.

Kort leaves to cherish his memories: son, Kort Woodley, Jr. (Veronica Epps) of Williston, SC; mother, Caperina (Calvin) Jenkins, sister, Shakeria Woodley of West Columbia, SC; Brother, Desmond Jenkins of Denmark, South Carolina; grandparents: Robert (Mamie) Woodley; aunts: Stacy (Ashton) Woodley-Lewis, Clara Woodley, Princess Tooks of Blackville, SC; Uncle, Robert (Angela) Woodley, Jr.; fiancé, Quanika "Kash" Brown, stepfather, Tony Mayes; adopted brother, Josh Epps, Williston, SC; best friends: Kendrix Woodley, Demeria Woodley, Sr., Temptress Felder, Corteria Woodley, and Chanty Woodley. He also leaves a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
