Floyd Hughes and Rev. Dr. Rudolph Daniels, Sr. **The casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service. LEEPOLUIA DANIELS SR., was born in Barnwell County on January 31, 1938. He passed from this life at his daughter's home in Norfolk, Virginia on May 14, 2012. He was the oldest son of the late Charlie Daniels Sr. and Georgia Willis Daniels. Leepoluia was married to the late Lessie Mae Calhoun Daniels. They were married on April 20, 1963. Leepoluia was a dedicated and loyal textile worker with Burlington Industries for 28 years. He was also an employee at Home Place Industries and after many years of hard work, he retired in 2008. Leepoluia was a trustee at Macedonia Baptist Church. Leepoluia is preceded in death by one brother, Charlie Daniels, Jr. He leaves to cherish fond memories (8) children, Donna, Woodrow, Curtis , Leepolin Jr., Sandra, Thomas, Shawn, Orndrea,, (22) Grandchildren, (5) Great-grandchildren; seven brothers and sisters, Evelyn Walker, Jerome Daniels Sr.(Ella Bell), Theodore Daniels(Zeola), Rev. Dr. Rudolph Daniels Sr.(Dorothy), Levi Daniels, Solomon Daniels Sr. (Rose), Elsie Daniels; a special and devoted friend/pet, Jeff; and a host of relatives and friends. Viewing for the public will be held on Friday between the hours of 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Friends may call at the residence and at the funeral home.
