Royalty was born on October 2, 2019 to LaTonya and Martin Thompson, Sr .

She was born at The Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, SC. Her parents

named her "Royalty" because they knew their beautiful queen would conquer

the world.

Royalty was such a great blessing to all of us, and was a joy to be around!

Each and every day Royalty was surrounded with comfort, compassion and

unconditional love. She attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Lees, SC.

Royalty had a smile that would light up the room. She was so beautiful,

strong, independent, loving, smart, full of joy and juicy.

On June 2, 2020 God called her home. She enjoyed playing, riding the

golf cart with Daddy, slapping him and calling him throughout the house,

"DADA". Royalty loved playing with her sisters, dancing, and clapping. She

loved for her brother to walk into the room when she woke up, and get her

off the bed to walk around "sight-seeing." She would wake Mom up with her

precious, smiling face. She loved outdoors and bright colors. When it was

time to go outside, she would giggle and jump in our arms for joy. She also

loved when her Uncle Alvin would come over and spend time with

her, tickling her tummy and making her smile and burst into laughter.

Royalty has gone on home, but she will never, ever be forgotten. She

got sick unexpectedly at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital. She was the baby

of the family. Royalty was a true "warrior." She fought her way into the

world, and fought her way out of this world. She will definitely be

remembered as a "true warrior."

Royalty was preceded in death by her uncle, Tyrone (Sherell)

Donaldson and her God-brother, Jeffrey Corley, Jr..

Royalty leaves to mourn: her parents, LaTonya and Martin L. Thompson, Sr.

of Blackville, SC; one brother, Martin L. Thompson, Jr. of Blackville, SC; two

sisters, Heaven Thompson and Paris Thompson of Blackville, SC;

grandparents, Carolyn Bracey of Blackville, SC, Willie C. Bracey of Denmark,

SC and Blossom J. Thompson of Denmark, SC; her God-mother,

Deitrich (Sinceree) Ashley of Aiken, SC and a host of aunts, uncles and

cousins.
