Mrs. Louvenia W. Reed was born May 17, 1949 to the Late Carl and Zelma Williams, Sr. She was educated in the Blackville Public Schools. She graduated from Macedonia High School in 1967.

At an early age, she joined the Mount Zion Baptist Church. She was employed by Ken's Galaxy, formerly IGA, of Blackville, SC for approximately 30 years.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Mary Hunter; brother, Charles Williams, and nephew, Daven Williams.

She leaves to cherish fond memories: one daughter, Mrs. Chelsea (Terry) Calhoun; four grandchildren: Rashawn Calhoun, Henry Calhoun, Terryonna Calhoun, and her heartstring, Zy'Kira Williams; two brothers, Carl (Angelia) Williams, Jr. and Dennis (Dorothy) Williams; two sisters, Joe Marie (Robert) Martino and Ruth Smalls; her adopted family members that loved and cared for her: Neil, Shital, Isha, and Disha Patell; a special sister-in-law, Mary Ann Reed.

She also had three special friends: Fannie Reed, Elizabeth Hampton, and Queenie Byas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
