Mrs. Lutisher S. Mosby was born on September 8, 1945 in Bamberg County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of Mother Nettie Mae Sapp and the late Nathanial Sapp. She left this earthly world to join her Master on May 1, 2014. Lutisher attended the public schools of Bamberg County, South Carolina. She was a member of St. John Baptist Church in Bamberg, South Carolina. Lutisher was employed during her younger days at Bamberg Manufacturing (Sewing Room) in Bamberg, South Carolina and Thompson Cleaners in Bamberg, South Carolina. She was a very loving and kind person, who will be missed by those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her father, Nathanial Sapp; a brother, William Sapp and two sisters: Lunell Way and Fannie Sapp. She leaves to cherish her loving memories - her mother, Mother Nettie Mae Sapp of Bamberg, South Carolina; a sister, Cleo Hightower of Bamberg, South Carolina; a brother, George Sapp of Bamberg, South Carolina; a very good friend, whom she has known for decades, Earnell Moody of Bamberg, South Carolina, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
