Mrs. May Dell Glover was the daughter of the late Mr. Harold Mayes and Mrs. Zelma Rice Mayes.

She joined Frost Branch Baptist Church in Elko, South Carolina at an early age  Mrs. May attended church and Sunday school until her health took a toll on her.

She attended Williston- Elko Schools in Williston, South Carolina.

Mrs. May was employed at Laurel Base Nursing Home for thirty years.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Frankie and Freddie Glover.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving children, Linda (Willie) Haynes, Zelma (Carl) Howze, Pearlie Glover and Mack Glover; her grandchildren, Tiffanie, Tormeshia and Willie Haynes; Zantrell, Whitney and Demestress Mayes, Tierra and Samone Young, Shada and Aaliyah Glover and Frankquesha Over; thirteen great grandchildren; special great grandchildren, Simarion Boatwright and Serenity Haynes; loving granddaughter and caretaker, Tiffanie Haynes of West Columbia and a host of other relatives and friends.
