Mike Douglas O'Bryant of Charlotte, NC, died suddenly in Pageland, SC. The son of Mrs. Freddie Watson-
O'Bryant and the late Douglas G. O'Bryant, was born March 28, l971 in Orangeburg, South Carolina.

Mike attended Trinity United Methodist Church at a very early age. He was active in Sunday School,
Vacation Bible School, a member of the Cherubim Choir, and an acolyte. He received the certificate of
Baptism and certificate of membership April 3, 1983; the Reverend John D. Boone was pastor. He was
active in Cub Pack 190 and Boy Scout Troop 190 at Trinity United Methodist Church. Recently he
attended Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church in Pageland, South Carolina. He was a life member of the National Association for the  Advancement for Colored People.

Mike attended Felton Laboratory School and was a 1988 graduate of Orangeburg -Wilkinson High
School. He attended Piedmont Community College and Prairie View A&M University.
Mike was employed at Compaq Computers, Houston, Texas, and Solectron Technology, Incorporated,
Charlotte, North Carolina. Most recently he was a self-employed contractor specializing in computer
technology.

Mike leaves to cherish his fond memories, his mother, Mrs. Freddie W. O'Bryant, Orangeburg, South Carolina; one
brother, Frederic G. O'Bryant, Washington, District of Columbia; four aunts, Mrs. Doretha Briggman , Orangeburg, South Carolina;
Mrs. Susan H. Watson, Charlotte, North Carolina; Mrs. Elois W. Thomason, Maulding, South Carolina; and Mrs. Carolyn W.
Bennett , Clinton, Maryland; three uncles, Gerald Watson, Charlotte, North Carolina; James Alfred Watson, Richmond, Virginia
and Minister Karl E. Bennett ,Clinton, Maryland and host of loving cousins and friends.
