Ernest Sanders Mozelle was born on July 16, 1928 to the late Carlyle Smalls and Mozelle Odom- Smalls. She was received her education in Blackville and graduated from Macedonia High School, Blackville, SC As a child, Mozelle was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church, Blackville, South Carolina. On December 15, 1975, she was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Edward Lee Dallas , Sr. and they made Augusta, Georgia their home. "Pen" as she was affectionately known as, shared her love for cooking both at home and as a restaurant cook. She also worked as a school crossing guard in while residing in Augusta, Georgia. After the passing of her husband, she returned to her home in Blackville, South Carolina. Cherishing her precious memories are: a special childhood friend, Ceonia Albright of Blackville, SC; a God daughter and caregiver, Minister Johnell Copeland of Blackville, SC and a host of nieces and nephews. Viewing for the public will be held on Sunday between the hours of 1:00 pm- 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
