Funeral services for the late Ms. Shirley Hughes will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Macedonia Baptist Church, Blackville, SC. Interment services will follow immediately at Blackville Cemetery, Blackville, SC.
Shirley was born on July 30, 1950 to the late Willie and Ethel Stukes. She departed this life on April 26, 2019 at Lexington Medical Center. At an early age, she joined Macedonia Baptist Church located in Blackville, South Carolina, where she remained until her death.
Shirley graduated from Macedonia School in 1968 and also graduated from Denmark Area Trade School as a barber.
