Mrs. Pearlie Mae Lincoln Minus, was the first of eight children born to the late Abraham and Alma Williams Lincoln.  She was born on April 12, 1933 in Branchville, South Carolina.  She entered into eternal rest on February 26, 2020 at her residence following a brief illness.

Mrs. Minus was educated in the public schools of Branchville, South Carolina.  At an early age, she worked at the Methodist Home  until she retired in 1991.  At an early age, she joined Zion AME Church in Branchville and later joined New Covenant United Methodist Church in Bowman, South Carolina where she sang on the Senior Choir, served as a communion steward, member of the United Methodist Women and Health and Welfare committee.

She met and later became the wife of James Arthur Minus on May 22, 1954.  This union was blessed with four daughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, daughters, Shirley Minus- Fuller and Gena Minus and sisters, Maggie Rumph and Freddie Mae Hampton.

She is survived by two daughters, Lessie Minus and Charlene Minus; grandchildren, DonDrea (Kameshia), Ratesha, Kendwan (Elise), Kashaunna Minus and Cedric Richardson; nine great grandchildren; two sisters, Lillie Bell (Julius) Felder and Barbara (Daniel) Hill; three brothers, Benjamin (Lillie Dell) Lincoln Bradenton, Fl, Sammie (Mary) Lincoln and Abraham (Destine) Lincoln, Jr.; one brother-in-law, Walter Minus, Sr.; one sister-in-law, Janette Minus both of Bowman, SC; one aunt and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
