On February 3, 2020, BROTHER PERSTINE J. ROBINSON entered

eternal rest at the University Hospital in Augusta, GA with his

family by his side. He was the youngest child, born on March 27, 1936,

to the late Katherine Robinson and Precy Robinson.

At an early age he joined Mt. Calvery Baptist Church in Ulmer, SC.

He attended Macedonia Public School in Blackville, SC. Brother Perstine

was known to his friends and co-workers as "Shot".

He was united in Holy Wedlock to Ericker Green-Robinson. This

union was blessed with six children.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Tommy Robinson

and Willie Robinson.

Perstine leaves to cherish his memories: his only daughter, Eunice

Robinson-Brown of the home; three sons, Harris (Yvonne) Robinson

and Larry (Denise) Robinson, both of Augusta, GA and Cedric (Sherry)

Robinson of Brooklyn, NY; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grands

and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A special

thanks is given to his caregiver, Curtis Kinard.
