Robert "Bobby" Smalls made his entrance into this world on May 15, 1948 in Barnwell County, South
Carolina. He transitioned on April 10, 2020 at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. Bobby was the son of the late Carlyle Smalls, Jr. and Dora Mae Felder Smalls.

He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Blackville, South Carolina.
Bobby was married to Willie Mae Smalls.

He was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Brittany Smalls and Casey Coach and siblings, Dianne Smalls,
Leroy Smalls Sr., Clayton Smalls and Shirley Ann Smalls Hayes.

Cherishing his beautiful memories  are a son, Donald Smalls I (Lynn); two daughters, Elder Joyce Smalls
Brown (William) and Imoya Smalls; five sisters, Mattie James, Janice Smalls, Catherine Washington (Al),
Jackie Govan and Vanchesta Stewart (Myron); four brothers, Edward Smalls (Essie), Terry Smalls, Rafael
Smalls and Raphael Smalls; four grandchildren, Alexandria Smalls, Donald Smalls II, Jalen Smalls and
Caitlyn Coach. Bobby also has a host of nieces, nephews and many loving relatives that will also cherish his memories.
