Sarah Mae Bookard Davis, daughter of the late Clifford Houser, Sr. and the late Lucille Bookard
Felder-Keitt, was born July 30, 1941 in Orangeburg County. She was called to eternal rest on Monday, October
14, 2024 at MUSC Health in Orangeburg, SC.

Sarah attended school and worked various jobs in Orangeburg County. She worshiped at Bull Swamp Baptist
and Andrew Chapel Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters, Shirley Keitt, Barbara Keitt, and Ruby Pou.

Those left to cherish her memory are: her loving husband, Frank Davis, Jr.; two sons, Sonny (Gwendolyn) Davis,
and Samuel Bernard (Rosalind) Davis; four grandchildren, Tayven Davis, Brittany Davis, Semetris Davis and
Alisha Davis; three sisters, Jessie Bell Briggman, Dorothy Mc Cover and Mildred Venable; three brothers, Clifford
Houser, Jr., Sherman Houser and Kevin Houser; two special sisters, Jacqueline Ellison and Shirley Mack; five
sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law, as well as a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
