Shamarion Owens was born on April 28, 2003 in Bamberg, South Carolina. He departed this life on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. Shamarion was the son of the late Willie J. Owens and Latosha Brant.

Shamarion was a 2023 graduate of Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School. He worked several different jobs in the Bamberg community. He was loved by his family and friends and will leave behind everlasting memories to be cherished.

Shamarion was preceded in death by his father, Willie J. Owens; his grandfather, James Willie Way and his grandmother, Theresa Brant.

Left to cherish Shamarion's memories are his loving mother, Latosha (Cory Badger, deceased) Brant of Allendale, SC; his loving grandmother, Elizabeth Ownes who raised him in the home; a sister, Tasadia Owens of Nashville, TN; brothers, Gabriel Joyner, Nigel Allen, Melvin Brant and Malachai Brant all of Allendale, SC; his grandfather, Darryl Priester of Fairfax, SC; aunts, Tamika Sade "Mattie" Brant of Allendale, SC and LaPorche "Shay" Banks of Allendale, SC; his Godmothers and special aunt, Gail Capers of Allendale, SC and Angelia (Richard Priester) Broughton of Allendale, SC; his God brother and God sister, Zy'Quavion "Zye" Cochran and Zy'Quvionna "Nay-Nae" Booker of Allendale, SC and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
