Shirley Ann Hallman-Raysor entered into eternal rest at the Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, South Carolina on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. At the esteemed age of 56, Shirley was able to rest after a severe illness.

Shirley was born on January 24, 1964, in Orangeburg, South Carolina, the daughter of Dorothy Robinson and the late Gonciela Tyler. She joined Oakey Spring Missionary Baptist Church of Springfield, South Carolina at an early age and graduated from Hunter-Kinard-Tyler High School in 1984.

Shirley was employed by Crane Merchandising Systems in Williston, South Carolina for the past 20 years and spent her life raising her children in Blackville, South Carolina while enjoying basketball, softball, sewing, music, home improvements and watching crime investigation TV shows.

Shirley leaves behind the father of her three children, Sammie Raysor of Aiken, SC; two children of the home, Shanika and Quintin Raysor of Blackville, South Carolina; son, Juwan Raysor of Fort Bragg, North Carolina; grandson, Jayden Jackson of Blackville, South Carolina and her mother, Dorothy Robinson of Springfield, South Carolina; siblings, Ronnie (Annette) Gatson of Blackville, South Carolina, Christine Pontoon and Christopher Robinson both of Springfield, South Carolina, Johnathan (Deborah) Tyler, Latonya Bynum, and Bregonciela Cathey all of Charlotte, North Carolina; In-laws, Albert (Rose) Raysor and David Raysor both of Blackville, South Carolina, James Williams of Bamberg, South Carolina, Alberta (Don) Rackley and Deborah Gardner both of Georgia; Goddaughter, Kaitlyn Tyler; special friends, Sheila Odom and Susan Ingram and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
