Theodore Keith Orr was born in Bamberg, South
Carolina on December 8, 1968 to Barbara Ann Orr
Holman Watkins and Theodore Clay Richburg. He was
raised in the home of his maternal grandparents, George
H. and Sallie Mae Orr.
In his early years, Theodore attended Mt. Carmel United
Methodist Church.
He attended the public schools of the Bamberg County
School District.
Theodore lived the majority of his life in Chambersburg,
Pennsylvania.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Ann
Holman Watkins and his father, Theodore Clay Richburg.
He leaves to mourn his passing: his sons, Kendall
George of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Elijah Coast and
Maliciah coast of Chicago, Illinois; three brothers, Larry
(Diane) of Memphis, Tennessee, Terry of Atlanta, Georgia
and Derek (Brie) Holman of Atlanta, Georgia; two sisters,
Ebony (Courtney) and Vanessa of Denmark, South
Carolina; two uncles, Paul (Nettie) Orr of Denmark, South
Carolina and Anthony Orr of Savannah, Georgia; two
aunts, Alleane (Dennis) of Columbia, South Carolina and
Lavern (James) of North, South Carolina; two grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
