Mrs. Viola Keitt Dash was born on May 11, 1922 in Orangeburg, South Carolina to the late Gene and Sophie Keitt.

She departed this life on September 12, 2019 at Calhoun Convalescent Center in St. Matthews, South Carolina.

At an early age, Viola joined St. Paul Baptist Church where she worked in many capacities, for many years, until her health failed her.

Viola was united in holy matrimony to the late Winfield Dash for over sixty years.   She was a  devoted wife and mother.

Viola was employed as a nurse's aide while working in home healthcare.  During her spare time, she enjoyed reading her bible, gardening and spending time with family and friends.  Although her presence will be no more, her memories will linger in the hearts and minds of those who knew and loved her.

Viola's memories will forever be cherished by her loving son, Norman Dash of Galivant Ferry, South Carolina and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
