Willie Edward Broxton was born on August 22,1966 in Bamberg County, South Carolina to the late Willie Joe Broxton Jr. and Jestine Washington Broxton. The Lord called his faithful servant home on December 31, 2019.

Willie loved the Lord with all his heart and was devoted to his family and friends. Willie was affectionate, loving and compassionate to everyone who knew him. He always greeted you with a smile and a kind word.

Willie attended Denmark-Olar High School and was a member of the class of 1984. He received his auto mechanic certification from Cope Vocational School in Cope, SC.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Linda Broxton of Blackville, SC; two daughters, Darien and Ashley Broxton of Williston SC; four step sons: Eric ( Felicia) McCreary of Hartsville SC; Travis (Alecia) McCreary of Blackville, SC; Rico McCreary of Columbia, SC and Joseph McCreary of Orlando, Florida; one brother, Michael Broxton of Denmark, SC; four sisters, Lynda (Mark) Hudson, Denmark, SC, Lorraine (Lorenzo) Brooks, Bamberg, SC, Audrey Broxton of Blackville, SC and Felicia Broxton Odom of Hopkins, SC; seven grandchildren, Axel, Traveonna, Kelandra, Knowledge, Damien, Kayadaay, and Kyro; five sisters-in law, Helen Washington (Steve Davis), Elizabeth (Louis) Hayes, Gerlean Sincino, Carol McCreary (Jeremiah Carter), Rose McCreary (Gerald) Ford; two brothers- in-law, Jerry McCreary and Ben McCreary both of Blackville, SC; four uncles; three aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
