Mr. Willie Clay Rowe was born January 6, 1952, in Bamberg County to the
late Joe Rowe and the late Willie Mae Saxton. He entered into eternal rest
at his home in Blackville, SC on Friday, August 7, 2026.

He was united in holy matrimony to Willie Small on October 12, 1975. He
was a lifelong farmer and a laborer in all types of ways and was a member
and Captain of the former Red Oak Volunteer Fire Department for many
years.

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Jerome and Priscilla
Johnson; grandparents, Queenie and Essie Saxton and Allene and Leon
Faust and McKinley Jefferson; one daughter; three grandsons; siblings,
Lillie Mae Williams, M W (Laura Sue Lee) Johnson, Nathaniel Rowe and
George Rowe.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Willie Small Rowe, five daughters.
Eartha Mae Rowe (Quentin) Blake, Annie (Anthony Washington) Rowe, Linda Rowe,
Wilmet (Cody) Rowe, Katenia Rowe, 16 grandchildren, fifteen great
grandchildren; a sister, Allene Rowe Smith; four brothers-in-law. Andrew Williams, Bobby Williams, Harry
Williams and Tony Williams; two sisters-in-law, Branda Barton and Claretha
Williams, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends.
